{Stus-List} Storm sail setup on C&C 39

Hi Peter,
         Are they travellers or jib car tracks on the fore-deck?  I be 
thinking they're for a stays'l.
A storm jib (on any boat) should have a high clew, so the sheet lead 
position needs to be well aft o' the shrouds.
