No problem as long as you have a sacrificial zinc on the shaft

Further to this, does anyone know if you should ground your shaft to your
engine, if, like mine, it is isolated by a PYI plastic drivesaver?

When I bought my boat in So. Cal. the prop showed a lot electrolysis damage.
Now that I have her in fresh water I want make that the electrolysis damage
is not still happening.

Short of physical examination, how do you measure to find out if there still
is a problem?
