{Stus-List} West RIBs

I've seen a couple of cruisers with hard dingys that they cut in half
transversely. They fiberglassed bulkheads to the cut ends and hold things
together with a couple of bolts, washers and wingnuts. I guess it's easier
to store and not too hard to assemble and deploy.
