Bill,
That is the same Michael Hennessy. Great guy, real character. He sold his 35 MkIII about 3 years ago and had the 40 footer built to do single-handed and double-handed races such as the Bermuda 1-2.

I know he sailed that boat on that race - Maybe he got a sport boat?
Funny story - Not for him, but I can surely empathize with him - I cannot
imagine climbing a mast in bad weather, much less getting a wrapped A sail
down - all that after diving to clear a line off your rudder. Holy crap.
