By rights, we should divert the Ohio back up to Lake Erie, because a lot of
that water came from Lake Erie!

I am happy so see that the Great Lakes will get the water they need, please
do not send any water down the Ohio River however, we have all we want!

The latest NOAA ENSO seasonal outlook for the next 3 months has the upper
Great Lakes getting above average precipitation. See the second last page
for precipitation map. Also lots of other interesting stuff for weather
geeks in these reports.
