What is the recommended VHB tape for mounting side windows? Thought I had
it written down, but can't find it now.
TIA

Hi,
Here are some details from when I replaced my fixed ports back in early 2015. Ports are still leak free and in great shape.
“I used 3M VHB #5952 tape (1/2" & 3/4") and Dow 795 both which I purchased from McMaster-Carr(item numbers: 8127A22, 8127A23 & 7452A21), and I sprayed the under-side, unmasked area with black Krylon Fusion spray paint from Ace hardware."

Ditto to what others have said on sealant and installation; we replaced Windows on the 37 in 2019; purchased from Maritime Plastics, Inc, 910 BESTGATE RD, SUITE J., ANNAPOLIS, MD 21401 US
No leaks, and so nice not to have to worry about leaks!

Ditto. Replaced my windows (and a deck window) with the same technique over decade ago, and they’re still leak free.
